Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the group's fund entities.
- Assist the CEO in formulating and executing strategic operational plans.
- Oversee internal processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management protocols.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive performance and operational innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and control operational budgets effectively.
- Report directly to the CEO on key performance indicators and operational health.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or Senior Executive in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Strong background in fund administration, asset management, or operations management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on process optimization and risk mitigation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., MBA, Finance, Business Administration).
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian regulatory landscape and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
