Ramboll Group, a global leader in engineering and consultancy, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact Waste-to-Energy (WtE) and related waste infrastructure projects in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex Waste-to-Energy and waste infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client and corporate objectives.
- Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, implementing rigorous quality control and safety standards.
- Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal specialists.
- Act as the primary interface with clients, regulatory authorities, joint venture partners, and local communities to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing changes in scope, schedule, and cost with proactive change control processes.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools, delivering transparent updates to senior management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing innovative construction methods and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive project management experience in large-scale infrastructure, with at least 8 years focused on Waste-to-Energy or thermal treatment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in Singapore or comparable markets from initiation to closeout.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of WtE technologies, environmental regulations, and health & safety standards in the region.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with experience building high-performance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management (FIDIC, NEC) and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage for cross-border collaboration.
