Are you a strategic sourcing expert with a passion for operational excellence? PT Tirta Surya Lestari is seeking a dynamic Chief Purchasing to lead our procurement strategies for The Shampoo Lounge. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that all operational needs are met with efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
You will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection and contract negotiations to inventory management and quality control. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day operational demands in the fast-paced hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize operational costs and service quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
- Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing to maximize company profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless supply availability.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures for all incoming goods and services.
- Prepare accurate budget forecasts and monthly expenditure reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost-saving achievements.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting vendor relationships.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
