Kualifikasi

  • 10+ years in revenue leadership roles with 5+ years as CRO or VP Sales/Marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in SaaS or service-based industries
  • Expertise in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
