In this role, you will ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly by coordinating closely with the culinary team and F&B management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire stewarding department to ensure seamless kitchen operations and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and glassware to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas to enforce sanitation policies and safety regulations.
- Train, supervise, and mentor steward staff to enhance their skills, productivity, and morale.
- Coordinate with Chefs and Restaurant Managers to ensure all service requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, cleaning, and storage of all kitchen machinery and tools.
- Organize waste disposal and recycling processes in an environmentally friendly manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Steward or in a similar supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and proper cleaning techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
