Tokai Dharma Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Tax & Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team in Depok. As a key member of our organization, you will take ownership of the financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic accounting operations to ensure the company's fiscal health and regulatory adherence.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate taxation, financial analysis, and statutory reporting. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our accounting processes, ensuring timely tax filings, and providing the management team with actionable financial insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage full-cycle tax compliance, including VAT, PPh 21/23/25, and annual corporate tax returns.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Lead the budget planning process and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors to ensure strict adherence to Indonesian regulations.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to minimize risk and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and regulations.
- Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
