Foodpanda is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology landscape. As the CTO, you will serve as the bridge between our business objectives and technical execution, driving the innovation required to scale our platform and enhance the user experience for millions of users across the region. You will define the long-term technology vision, oversee system architecture, and cultivate a world-class engineering culture.

- Define and execute the company’s comprehensive technology strategy, aligning it with business goals to drive growth and market expansion.
- Lead the engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of talented engineers and technical leaders.
- Drive architectural decisions and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance systems that can handle peak loads and rapid growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our product ecosystem for competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the organization.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all technology platforms and infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar executive technology leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong background in system architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical roadmaps.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or fintech sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
