Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive leadership team in Makati City. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and align the company's long-term technological roadmap with overarching business goals.
- Establish, refine, and institute engineering policies, development standards, and performance evaluation metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, system architects, and IT specialists.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships to ensure maximum ROI.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, security protocols, and cloud infrastructures to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate commercial goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international data privacy, cybersecurity regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director of Technology.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing organizational policies, KPIs, and architectural frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern software architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a business-driven approach to technical challenges.
