Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children daily
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Plan weekly menus considering nutritional balance and dietary restrictions
- Operate and sanitize kitchen equipment following safety protocols
- Monitor food inventory and coordinate supply procurement
- Support childcare staff during meal service and cleanup activities
- Document food preparation and hygiene compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food preparation or childcare kitchen roles
- Basic food handling and safety certification (e.g., WSQ Food Safety)
- Ability to work with diverse dietary requirements (allergies, cultural needs)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing and light lifting (up to 10kg)
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
- Clean criminal record and health screening clearance
