In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily development of our students by preparing wholesome, nutritious, and appetizing meals that cater to the unique dietary needs of growing children.

You will be responsible for menu preparation, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring that all meals are served on time while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and prepare nutritious daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and tea breaks) for children in a childcare setting.
- Ensure all food preparation complies with SFA food hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.
- Manage inventory, track food supplies, and coordinate with vendors for fresh ingredients.
- Monitor and manage food allergies or special dietary requirements for individual children.
- Keep accurate records of meal production and temperature logs as required by regulatory bodies.
- Support the team in fostering a positive and hygienic mealtime atmosphere for students.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a childcare or school food preparation environment is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Strong understanding of nutritional needs for children and menu planning.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict meal schedules.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Willingness to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene protocols.
