Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, and staff management of childcare/preschool center
- Lead and mentor teaching staff while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Ensure strict adherence to ECDA regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs aligned with Singapore's Nurturing Early Learners framework
- Build strong parent relationships through regular communication and engagement initiatives
- Monitor center performance, budget management, and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance educational resources and opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership (DPL)
- Valid DPL/DECCE-L certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's ECDA regulations and early childhood frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective curriculum and assessment strategies
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a child-centered approach
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
