Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for kindergarten children.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Monitor and record children's developmental milestones and report any concerns to the center management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a childcare or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified in First Aid and Pediatric CPR (preferred).
- Passion for working with young children and patience in teaching.
