Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum tasks.
- Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment for all children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play to ensure their safety at all times.
- Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and social development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's daily experience.
- Prepare instructional materials and assist in the setup of classroom learning stations.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in childcare, early education, or related fields is preferred.
- Possess a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their developmental milestones.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive, encouraging attitude.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of classroom management and safety.
- Relevant certification in early childhood education (e.g., Diploma or Certificate) is highly regarded.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to part-time working hours.
