As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by executing effective outbound and inbound sales strategies. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clientele. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to generate new sales leads and meet monthly targets.
- Manage inbound inquiries, providing accurate product information and closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to propose relevant solutions.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication skills are essential).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
