Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin via phone calls and live chat
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Resolve travel-related issues including itinerary changes and rebooking
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Meet performance metrics for call/chat handling and customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Customer service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
