Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin via phone calls and live chat
- Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Resolve travel-related issues including itinerary changes and rebooking
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and services
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Meet performance metrics for call/chat handling and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Customer service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
