Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative Chinese cuisine menus aligned with seasonal trends and customer preferences
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining high performance standards
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols
- Coordinate kitchen operations during peak hours and special events
- Collaborate with F&B management to enhance dining experiences
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Implement sustainable practices in food preparation and waste reduction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Chinese cuisine with 2+ years as Head Chef/Sous Chef
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent industry training
- Proven expertise in traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse kitchen teams
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP) and local health standards
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and presentation
- Advanced inventory management and cost control capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
