As a critical bridge between our operations and our international partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, facilitating negotiations, and translating essential documentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting spoken conversations, conducting meetings, and facilitating site inspections with absolute accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret spoken conversations, meetings, and site inspections between English and Chinese in real-time.
- Translate written documents, including technical manuals, contracts, emails, and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate terminology usage specifically within manufacturing and logistics contexts.
- Facilitate communication during production runs, safety briefings, and quality control meetings.
- Assist in onboarding and training sessions for new staff regarding operational processes.
- Proofread translated materials to ensure grammatical and factual accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Near-Native proficiency) and English.
- Previous experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex technical information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
