Tanggung Jawab
- Execute all fried menu items according to established recipes and high-quality presentation standards.
- Maintain strict control over frying temperatures and oil quality to ensure consistency and food safety.
- Manage station inventory and communicate ingredient requirements to the Sous Chef in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak dining hours.
- Adhere strictly to HACCP and local hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor and minimize food waste through precise portion control and efficient preparation techniques.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff regarding frying protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Fryer or Commis Chef in a high-end Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of Chinese culinary techniques and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant culinary certifications are highly regarded.
