Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional Chinese language training sessions for students or corporate clients.
- Provide accurate and professional oral interpretation services for business meetings, conferences, or negotiations.
- Develop and update comprehensive learning materials tailored to student needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality communication standards.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Represent the company in professional settings and maintain client relationships.
- Support international project deployments, including potential assignments in Taiwan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian (or English) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in teaching or professional interpretation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and professional ethics.
- Willingness to travel or accept overseas assignments (e.g., Taiwan) as required by project needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
