Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Chinese language curriculum for nursery students
- Create engaging lesson plans integrating cultural activities, songs, and storytelling
- Monitor student progress and maintain developmental records
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create cohesive learning experiences
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized, stimulating learning environment
- Communicate student progress and milestones with parents through regular updates
- Participate in school events and cultural celebrations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or relevant early childhood education qualification
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with strong pronunciation skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience teaching Chinese to young children
- Creative teaching approach with ability to design interactive activities
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine love for working with preschoolers
