Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and confidence.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, oral tests, and written examinations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and overall development.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or diploma in teaching (MOE certified is preferred).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (Putonghua) with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in teaching Chinese as a second language or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for cultural exchange.
