Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality Chinese Language lessons in accordance with the school's established curriculum and teaching plans.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language acquisition.
- Monitor and document student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and learning resources to enhance lesson effectiveness.
- Address individual learning needs by providing additional guidance and support to students who require it.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum review sessions to maintain academic standards.
- Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Chinese Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in a preschool or academic setting is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese to effectively teach students at various proficiency levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood and primary/secondary education.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to cater to diverse learning groups.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to administrative tasks and student record-keeping.
