- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and motivate service/kitchen teams to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive service and complaint resolution
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and hygiene protocols
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost customer retention
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent ingredient quality and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience with Chinese cuisine specialization
- Proven team leadership and staff development skills
- Strong financial literacy including budgeting and inventory control
- Deep knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions and regional specialties
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Food safety certification (HACCP/Safe Food Handler)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
