Veneto Quartz, Inc. is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality quartz surfaces. We are currently looking for a highly organized and articulate Chinese Speaking Production Supervisor to join our team in Tanauan City, Batangas. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary communication link between our international partners and local operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and within strict quality parameters.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our manufacturing floor. You will lead a team of skilled workers, optimize production workflows, and ensure that all products meet our exacting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, translating technical requirements and goals accurately.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all quartz products meet company specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety briefings for the production team.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent production stoppages.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to improve operational efficiency and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports and communicate performance metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and reading) and English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of quality control processes and manufacturing machinery.
- Proficient in using production management software and MS Office applications.
