Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and correspondence between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian/English.
- Provide live interpretation support during business meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
- Ensure the accurate and culturally appropriate translation of company materials and marketing content.
- Liaise between the production/warehouse team and Chinese-speaking vendors or technicians.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and business proposals requiring bilingual input.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics while handling sensitive business data.
- Assist department heads with administrative tasks that require language support.
Kualifikasi
- Proven proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or 6 preferred).
- Strong command of Indonesian and English for business communications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or a relevant administrative role.
- Ability to understand and adapt to technical/mechanical terminology in the machinery sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail in written translations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Semarang Tengah.
