Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and register patients for their scheduled appointments.
- Manage clinic administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient data entry, and filing.
- Assist the Chiropractor with patient flow and preparation of treatment areas.
- Educate patients on clinic services, post-care advice, and wellness programs.
- Handle general clinic inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment at all times.
- Manage patient billing and process payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
