Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome and register patients for their scheduled appointments.
  • Manage clinic administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient data entry, and filing.
  • Assist the Chiropractor with patient flow and preparation of treatment areas.
  • Educate patients on clinic services, post-care advice, and wellness programs.
  • Handle general clinic inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment at all times.
  • Manage patient billing and process payments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
