Join PT. Sasana Cipta Mulia as a CI Engineer and drive transformative operational excellence across our manufacturing processes. This pivotal role empowers you to spearhead productivity and quality enhancements through systematic standardization, targeted training programs, and Lean methodology implementation. You'll identify and eliminate the 7 Wastes (Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects) to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and deliver superior customer value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust continuous improvement frameworks, measure KPIs, and sustain long-term performance gains. Ideal candidates will thrive in dynamic environments where data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving create measurable business impact.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Lean principles and 7 Wastes elimination to enhance operational efficiency
- Design and execute standardized processes for productivity and quality control
- Develop and deliver training programs for operational staff on best practices
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and track KPIs
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects from conception to completion
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate Kaizen events and root cause analysis for quality issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience developing training materials and conducting skill development sessions
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
