Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and implement privacy local addendums in Corporate & Institutional Banking
- Conduct gap analysis between regulatory requirements and existing systems
- Develop and maintain regulatory change impact assessments
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations
- Document business requirements and processes for regulatory implementations
- Support the development of data privacy and governance frameworks
- Create reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics and regulatory changes
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory implications for business operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking/financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and regional requirements
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (BPMN, UML, etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with regulatory change management processes
