As part of our crew, you will rotate through various operational areas, including ticketing, concessions, and theater maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at the box office and concession stands.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain cash handling standards.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hygiene and brand safety protocols.
- Monitor theater cleanliness and perform regular auditorium sweeps between screenings.
- Assist guests with inquiries, cinema navigation, and troubleshooting during their visit.
- Uphold Cinepolis brand standards for quality, safety, and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and movie releases.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor within the cinema.
- Maintain a groomed, professional appearance at all times.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow operational standard procedures (SOP).
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or the food & beverage industry is a strong plus.
