Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counters, concession stands, and auditoriums
- Operate POS systems accurately for ticket sales and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of cinema facilities including seating areas, restrooms, and lobbies
- Assist with special event coordination and premium service offerings
- Manage inventory for concession supplies and report maintenance needs
- Uphold safety standards and emergency procedures during screenings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
