Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by proactively assisting guests with inquiries and general needs.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for ticketing and concessions transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high hygiene and quality standards.
- Monitor theater cleanliness and perform regular upkeep to ensure a comfortable viewing environment.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours to ensure an orderly and safe guest flow.
- Resolve basic guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in the promotion of cinema events, loyalty programs, and special menu offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in Indonesian.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cinema maintenance.
- Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
