Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and assist with ticket purchases and seat selection to ensure a seamless entry experience.
- Operate the concession stand efficiently, preparing and serving food and beverages while maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of auditoriums, restrooms, and the lobby area throughout the day.
- Monitor theater screens and sound systems before and after showtimes to guarantee technical quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with precision.
- Assist with lobby maintenance, including cleaning up spills and keeping the waiting area tidy for guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth transitions between showtimes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and handling orders.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or cleaning equipment.
