Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cinema operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance management
- Drive service excellence by implementing customer experience standards and resolving guest concerns
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote films, events, and concession offerings
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in cinema or hospitality management leadership role
- Proven track record in team development and operational management
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in cinema management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
