Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise cinema floor staff to ensure seamless daily operations and adherence to company standards.
- Drive outlet profitability through strategic resource management and operational cost control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and enhancing the overall cinema-going experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development to maintain a high-performing team.
- Oversee inventory management, including concession stocks and cinema equipment maintenance.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across all cinema premises.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cinema operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail accounting or administrative tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a flexible, rotating shift schedule.
