Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations of the cinema, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including box office sales and concession revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with corporate management for process sign-offs and strategic reporting.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and operational metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Proficient in using cinema management software and POS systems.
