As the Cinema Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, manage high-performing teams, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and technical performance. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing staffing schedules, and fostering a workplace culture that values efficiency and guest satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end cinema operations, ensuring seamless daily functionality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor cinema staff to maintain high standards of guest service and performance.
- Monitor and manage facility maintenance, technical operations, and health and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement local business strategies to increase foot traffic and concession sales.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and budget adherence.
- Ensure inventory management for food and beverage outlets is accurate and wastage is minimized.
- Manage customer feedback, resolving escalated issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cinema, Hospitality, Retail, or F&B management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Deep commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
