Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cinema operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead and train cinema staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate promotional activities and special events to drive foot traffic
- Monitor concession inventory and cash handling procedures
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational insights for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory roles within hospitality or entertainment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
