In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily theater operations, managing and motivating a high-performing team, and ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily cinema operations to ensure seamless movie screening schedules.
- Lead, train, and mentor cinema staff to maintain premium service standards.
- Monitor and enforce all safety, health, and hygiene protocols throughout the facility.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and point-of-sale systems with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional events and movie launch campaigns.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technically proficient with MS Office and basic retail management software.
