Xiaomi is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented City Manager to lead our operations and market expansion in Kalimantan Selatan. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical capabilities, and have a proven track record of managing multi-channel retail operations. You will be responsible for defining the city-level strategy, overseeing sales targets, and ensuring that our customers receive the ultimate Xiaomi experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive city-level sales strategies to achieve market share and revenue targets.
- Oversee the performance of retail stores, authorized dealers, and distribution channels within the designated territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government stakeholders, and key retailers.
- Manage operational efficiency, inventory logistics, and visual merchandising standards across all points of sale.
- Lead and mentor local teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality customer service.
- Report directly to regional management on operational KPIs, market challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail management, channel sales, or area management, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Kalimantan/Sulawesi/Balikpapan regions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex retail operations.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven reporting and sales forecasting.
