As the City Operations Lead, you will take full ownership of the First Mile, Sortation Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless package flow, optimize operational costs, and elevate the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, lead a diverse team, and implement strategic initiatives to scale our logistics capabilities in one of Indonesia's most dynamic regions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and optimize day-to-day logistics operations, including First Mile, Sortation Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile within Bandung and surrounding areas.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve delivery speed, reduce operational costs, and enhance service quality.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of operations staff, hub managers, and delivery personnel.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, product, and regional management, to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations across all facilities.
- Oversee resource allocation, fleet management, and capacity planning to handle peak season volumes effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bandung and travel frequently across the assigned region.
