As the City Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence in Pontianak and beyond. You will develop strategic sales plans, mentor your team to achieve peak performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and driving individual growth.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and corporate clients in Kalimantan.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities and product launches with regional needs.
- Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, sales compliance, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Indonesian market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
