Are you a talented Civil 3D Designer with a passion for Australian infrastructure projects? Staff X is looking for a detail-oriented Civil 3D Road Designer & Drafter to join our high-performing remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality road and civil design documentation that meets international standards.
You will work in a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) setup, collaborating with an Australian-based team to produce accurate designs, models, and drafting packages. We are looking for someone who is not just a CAD technician, but a problem-solver who understands the complexities of road geometry, earthworks, and service coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed road and civil designs using Autodesk Civil 3D for various Australian infrastructure projects.
- Prepare high-quality construction documentation, including plan and profile sheets, cross-sections, and detail drawings.
- Conduct site grading, earthworks volume calculations, and alignment design.
- Coordinate with international engineering teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Maintain and implement CAD standards and file management procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of drainage designs and utility layouts as required.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in civil road design.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is a must.
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards (AS) and Austroads design guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary drafting projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform complex geometric calculations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection for seamless WFH operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant drafting certification is highly preferred.
