Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety protocols
- Coordinate civil engineering teams including laborers, subcontractors, and technical staff
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations
- Manage material inventory and equipment usage efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Architecture
- Proven experience in construction supervision or site management roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi area
