Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and review technical drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide timely technical resolutions during construction phases
- Oversee site execution activities including earthworks, foundation works, and structural installations
- Implement and maintain rigorous QA/QC procedures to guarantee construction quality and safety standards
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor construction schedules and resource allocation to maintain project efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/site engineering with reputable construction firms
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
- Certification in QA/QC procedures and construction safety management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, JKR standards, and local regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions
- Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
