Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Prepare and review structural drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide on-site engineering support when needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs and calculations strictly comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., MS 1500).
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, feasibility studies, and project reports.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct technical reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Junior candidates must have internship experience; Senior candidates require proven track records in structural design.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla Structures, or Revit.
- Sound understanding of Malaysian building codes, construction practices, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly desirable for Senior applicants.
