In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to create precise and detailed drawings using the latest CAD software. You will contribute to the development of structural plans, layouts, and construction documents that meet industry standards and client requirements. From initial concept through final construction, your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring project success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with engineers to develop design concepts and technical specifications
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material scheduling
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., MEP) to ensure integrated designs
- Stay updated with industry best practices and software advancements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a draftsman in civil/structural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or Tekla is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Philippine building codes and standards is a plus
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches and specifications
