Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, BEM regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies for project approvals
- Perform structural load calculations and finite element analysis using industry software
- Manage project documentation and quality control throughout the construction lifecycle
- Research and implement innovative construction materials and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional registration with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar engineering software
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and MS standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset for complex engineering challenges
