As a pivotal member of our engineering department, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive civil and structural engineering support across various project phases. You will be tasked with developing precise engineering specifications, technical reports, and drawings, ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry best practices, international standards, and local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed civil and structural analysis and design for various project components, including foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, and underground facilities.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering calculations, specifications, technical reports, and drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international codes, standards, and client specifications (e.g., SNI, AISC, ACI, Eurocodes).
- Provide technical support and guidance during the construction, fabrication, and installation phases of projects.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients to ensure integrated and optimized project solutions.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required to support project development and execution.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and challenges related to civil and structural aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews, hazard analyses, and risk assessments to ensure project safety and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in civil and structural design within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company or related industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, Staad.Pro, SAFE, or similar.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other relevant drafting software.
- Solid understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with Indonesian national standards (SNI) and international codes (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
