Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and design calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
- Perform value engineering studies to optimize project costs without compromising structural integrity.
- Visit project sites to supervise construction activities and ensure engineering drawings are implemented correctly.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.Eng or B.Eng is preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local safety regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
