Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and oversee civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and structural systems
- Lead on-site supervision, quality control, and construction coordination activities
- Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations for project feasibility
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities for project approvals
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure delivery milestones
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/construction project management
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000)
- Professional certification from Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling technologies
- Proven ability to manage construction sites and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
